Charolette Ann Minyard

Funeral services for Charolette Ann Minyard, 64, of Lufkin will be held Monday, May 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Pam Burnette and Brother Kenneth Lowry officiating. Interment will follow in the Blue Springs Cemetery in Etoile.

Mrs. Minyard was born August 5, 1957 in Nacogdoches, Texas, and died Friday, May 27, 2022 in Waller, Texas.

Formerly of Lufkin for many years, Mrs. Minyard had resided in Waller for 10 years. She worked for the State of Texas as a Social Worker. Mrs. Minyard also worked in property management and booked bands and entertainment for clubs. She loved and adored her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Minyard was a member of Timber Creek Church.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Eric and Rebecca Minyard of Clear Lake and Scott Minyard of Waller; daughter and son-in-law, Chasity and Glyndon Greer of College Station; grandchildren, Andrew Minyard, Jacob Minyard, Hunter Moddon, Felicity Minyard, Avery Minyard, Hailey Greer, and Macey Greer; mother, Betty (Burnette) Chudleigh of Waller; sister and brother-in-law, Robyn and Tim Prendergast of Dallas; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joel and Kristi Davis of Houston, Jared and Teresa Davis of Greenville, and Don Burnette of Lufkin; sisters-in-law, Brenda Jones and Pam Burnette, both of Diboll; special friends, Rhonda Ibison, Mary Kay Teutsch, Linda Carter, and Pate Greening; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Minyard; father, Joe Pat Davis; grandparents, Rufus and Ora Lee Burnette; stepfather, Clifford Chudleigh; brother, Jerry Burnette; mother-in-law, Opal Minyard; and special friend, Eric Finch.

Pallbearers will be Steven Burnette, Wesley Burnette, Jeromy Burnette, Andrew Minyard, Liam Prendergast, Jacob Minyard, Hunter Moddon, and Jonathan Jones.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Monday morning prior to the services.
