Charles Ray Seale

Graveside services for Charles Ray Seale, 77, of Lufkin will be held Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Gann Cemetery with Victor Dominey officiating.

Mr. Seale was born February 14, 1946 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Rosa Olive (Craig) and William Hermon Seale, the fifth of seven children.  He died Saturday, January 20, 2024 at his residence.

Mr. Seale was a lifetime resident of Lufkin. He served in the U.S. Army and retired from Brown & Root where he was a crane operator. He enjoyed spending time with Pat.

Survivors include the love of his life, Pat Elliott of Lufkin; grandchildren, J.J. Garcia, Christinea Garcia, Breann Dobson, Jacob Dobson, and K.K. Dugat; sister, Darlene Seale Dominey and husband Edwin “Domino” of Lufkin; nephews, Mike Seale, James Seale, Ken Seale, Marty Gober, Victor Dominey, and Mark Dominey; nieces, Johnnie Cleveland and Karen Vest; and numerous great-great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Melissa Brevard and Belinda Carswell; brothers, Dalton Seale, Vernon Seale and Bill Seale; and sisters, Mary Jane Austin and Laura Katherine Deggs.

Pallbearers will be Mike Seale, Kevin Seale, Lane Dominey, Edwin “Domino” Dominey, Ken Seale, and Victor Dominey.

Honorary pallbearer will be Jim Attaberry.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday morning at Carroway Funeral Home.
