Cesar Ulyses Enriquez

Mass of Christian Burial for Cesar Ulyses Enriquez, 8, of Lufkin will be held Friday, November 7, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Fr. Jose Marin officiating. Interment will follow in the Walker Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Thursday evening in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel.

Cesar was born July 5, 2017 in Lufkin and passed away on Friday, November 1, 2025. In his short but beautiful life, he brought endless joy, laughter, and love to everyone who knew him.

Cesar was a bright and adventurous boy who loved exploring the outdoors and looking through the woods for new discoveries. He enjoyed fishing, swimming, and spending time at the pool with his cousins. Always full of energy and fun, he loved horseplay, soccer, and playing Xbox—especially alongside his dad, who was his favorite companion. Cesar attended Pineywoods Community Academy and Tiny Treasures day care, where he made many friends with his friendly and outgoing nature. Cesar never met a stranger—his contagious laugh and radiant smile could light up any room. He loved playing with toy soldiers, pretending to be in the army, and caring for his pet lizards, which he adored.

Cesar will be forever loved and deeply missed by his father, Cesar Enriquez; grandmothers, Maria Luz Flores and Orfa Garcia-Luna; grandfather, Eduardo Enriquez; aunts and uncles, Eduardo Enriquez, Jr., Isabel Lankford, David Enriquez, Abigail Rivera, Adrianna Garcia, and Aaron Garcia; along with numerous cousins, extended family, and many friends who cherished him.

Cesar’s joyful spirit and bright smile will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Pallbearers will be David Enriquez, Eduardo Enriquez, Jr., Isabel Lankford, Gerard Olivares, Juan Cruz III, and Jerry Olivares.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
