Private family graveside services for Cecelia Cameron, 82, of Lufkin will be held in the Whitehouse Cemetery with Dr. John W. Greene officiating.

Ms. Cameron was born June 12, 1939 in Bryan, Texas to the late Marie (Maxwell) and John D. Smith, and died Monday, November 29, 2021 in Lufkin.

Ms. Cameron was an accountant at Georgia Pacific for over 20 years. She loved music and was a piano teacher for over 20 years. Ms. Cameron enjoyed studying the Bible and spending time with her family. She was a longtime member of Word of Life Church up until its closing.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Kent Jones of Lufkin; son, Jerry Sizemore of Lufkin; grandchildren and spouses, Brandon and Kerry Jones of Lufkin, Crystal Jones of Dallas, Ashley and Ray Chandler of Brenham, Casey and Diane Sizemore of Lufkin; great-grandchildren, Chandler Bourgeois of Gulfport, Mississippi, Blair Sizemore and Madelyn Jones, both of Lufkin; sister-in-law, Iris Smith of Dallas; nephews and niece, John, David, and Julie; lifelong friend, Ellen Rogers of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; and a number of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Don Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Jones, Casey Sizemore, Ray Chandler, and Chandler Bourgeois.
