Cara Clark Black

Funeral services for Cara Clark Black, 42, of Huntington will be held Friday, February 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Huntington with Pastor Tony Holder officiating. Interment will follow in the Concord Cemetery.

Ms. Black was born April 9, 1978 in Beaumont, Texas, and died Monday, February 8, 2021 in Katy. She enjoyed fishing, going to garage sales and cooking. She was always trying new recipes.

Survivors include her children, Cheyenne Renee Black of Lumberton, Camden Chase Clark and Lena Jane Clark, both of Huntington; mother and stepfather, Jane (Kerr) and Eddie Miguez of Huntington; father, Gregory Clark of Lumberton; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby Bruce and Ashley Clark of Lufkin; nieces and nephews, Kylie, Chandler and Gage Clark; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Clark, William Clark, Chandler Clark, Gage Clark, Sean Crouch, and Austin Cook.

Honorary pallbearer will be Jaime Gutierrez.
