Brenda Joyce Krinhop (Donnell) Jones

Funeral services for Brenda Joyce Krinhop (Donnell) Jones, 70, of Huntington will be held Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Eastview United Pentecostal Church with Brother David Hunt and Brother Joe Stanley officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.

Mrs. Jones was born August 25, 1947 in Lufkin, Texas to Thelma Dell (Womack) and Leonard Donnell, and died Monday, July 30, 2018 in Lufkin.

Mrs. Jones was a lifetime resident of Angelina County and was a Nurse. She had worked for Memorial Hospital, Dr. McCall, and other medical offices. She loved being a nurse and taking care of people. She had a beautiful soul. Mrs. Jones loved her family and her triplet grandchildren. She loved music, playing the piano and organ, and singing, and served as the organist at local churches for many years. Her greatest passion was reading and studying the Bible. She always witnessed about Jesus to everyone she met. Mrs. Jones was a member of Eastview United Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Jones of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Kash and Samantha Krinhop of Bryan; grandchildren, Zane, Vaughn and Grace Krinhop of Bryan; stepsons and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Christy Jones of Pollok and Jason Jones of Wells; step-granddaughters, Natalie and Lindsey Jones of Pollok; mother, Thelma Donnell of Woodville; sister and brother-in-law, Rita and James Barnhart of Woodville; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Curtis and Robin Beckham of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Donnell; and sister, Teresa Beckham.

Pallbearers will be Trenton Smith, Richard Barnhart, Brandon Jones, Curt Beckham, Cason Beckham, Joseph Smith, Jacob Smith, and James Barnhart.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday evening at Carroway Funeral Home in Lufkin.
