Bobbie Seale

Funeral services for Bobbie Seale, 89, of Pollok will be held Monday, August 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at O’Quinn Baptist Church with Brother M.L. “Bud” Magee officiating. Eulogist will be Darlene Loving. Interment will follow in the Gann Cemetery.

Mrs. Seale was born April 2, 1929 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Artie (Allen) and Eugene Roach, and died Friday, August 10, 2018 in a local nursing home.

Mrs. Seale had resided in Pollok since 1968 and was a rural mail carrier in Pollok for more than 25 years. She was a longtime member of O’Quinn Baptist Church and taught the Rebecca Sunday school class for 17 years. Mrs. Seale started the Midget Missionary Puppet Group at O’Quinn and directed it for 17 years, and was also instrumental in starting the Bus Ministry. She coached girls summer league softball for many years and was a Mentor and House Mom at the Mosaic Center.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, David and Jeannie Seale of Pollok, Steve and Lisa Seale of Zavalla and Mark and Diana Seale of Recklaw; grandchildren, Chris Seale and wife Nevena, Amanda Sanders, Erin Potter and Ethan Seale; great-grandchildren, Daniel Seale, Tierra Sanders, Shawn Sanders, and Evan Potter.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur Seale in 2004; brother, Donis Roach; and great-grandson, Eric Sanders.
