Bill Eldridge

Graveside services for Bill Eldridge, 84, of Diboll will be held Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery with Brother Gary Rowe officiating.

Mr. Eldridge was born April 6, 1940 in Camden, Texas to the late Ima Lois (Philmon) and James Preston Eldridge, and died Monday, June 24, 2024 in a local hospital. He retired from the lumber division of Temple Inland following more than 40 years of employment.

Survivors include his wife, Judy (Melton) Eldridge; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Tanya Eldridge; daughter-in-law, Sheila Eldridge; grandchildren, Jordan Eldridge, Tyler Eldridge, Jentrie Eldridge, and Hayley Eldridge; great-granddaughter, Brigslee Ford; sister, Denny King; niece, Jan Matthews; and great-nephew, Cody Matthews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Clay Eldridge; and sister, Kathy Page.
