Born on February 13, 1943, in Silsbee, Texas, to Eddie Everette Doyen and Ethel Mary Loggins, Betty brought joy and warmth into the lives of everyone she met. Her infectious smile and laughter could transform the simplest moments into cherished memories.
With her family roots deep in the heart of Texas, she embraced the southern spirit of hospitality that would define her throughout her years. Betty's warm smile and gentle nature made her a beacon of light, always ready to lend a listening ear, offer comfort, or share a laugh.
A devoted member of Herty Baptist Church, Betty's unwavering faith and ability to sense the needs of others reflected her compassionate spirit. She was always offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or a kind word just when it was needed most.

Diffey; her granddaughter, Kylie; her brothers, Raymond Doyen, Lennis Doyen, and John Doyen; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Virgie Lee Bradshaw, Marcell and B.C. She is survived by her loving children, daughter and son-in-law, Rachel and David Landrum of Sevierville, Tennessee; stepson and daughter-in-law, Terry and Charlotte Diffey of Lufkin; her adored grandchildren, Jordan Landrum of Sevierville, Tennessee, Ray Landrum of Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania, Lana Cox of Denton, and Morgan Diffey of Lufkin; her sister, Marie Darr of Silsbee; her sister-in-law, Nell Doyen of Bronson; and numerous nieces and nephews. Each of them holds treasured memories that echo her spirit of love and kindness.
Betty's family was the center of her world, and she took immense pride in their accomplishments, always celebrating their happiness and successes.
As we remember Betty Lou Diffey, we celebrate a life filled with love, laughter, and generosity. Her memory will inspire us to live with the same warmth and compassion she so freely gave. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those who were fortunate enough to know her.
