Beryl Ruth Brevell

Graveside services for Beryl Ruth Brevell, 86, of Lufkin will be held Friday, May 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Walker Cemetery with Brother David Merritt officiating.

Mrs. Brevell was born October 30, 1936 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Myrta Bell (Henderson) and Andrew Jackson Wilkerson, and died Monday, May 22, 2023 at her residence.

Mrs. Brevell graduated as Valedictorian from Redland High School, Class of 1954. She retired from Lufkin Industries following 35 years of employment in the sales department. Mrs. Brevell was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with family. She loved the Bible and Jesus. Mrs. Brevell was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Frank Green; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Carol Brevell; grandchildren, Cody Green, Christy Hall, Jake Brevell and wife Beth, Haley Green, and Michealle Green; great-grandchildren, Courtney, Aaron, Natalie, Gracie, Luke, Katy, Hadlee, Adaline, and Rustin; brother, Carl Wilkerson; and a number of other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 50 years, Robert Brevell; and daughter, Suzanne Brevell.

Pallbearers will be Cody Green, Luke Green, Jake Brevell, Cody Ellis, Aaron Mason, and Mike Fletcher.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. Friday morning prior to the services.
