Audrey Thomas

Funeral services for Audrey Thomas, 85, of Wells will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Elton Musick officiating.

Mrs. Thomas was born August 15, 1938 in Greenville, South Carolina to Frances (Spearman) and Cebron Mills, and died Wednesday, March 20, 2024 in a local nursing home.

Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Cathy and Johnny Norred of Wells and Linda Rhodes of Lufkin; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ellis Thomas, Jr.; son, John Thomas; and daughter, Marianne Brown.

Mrs. Thomas was passionate about working with children and teaching them about Jesus. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to your local Children’s Church Ministry.
