Mass of Christian Burial for Alejandro Duran, 51, of Moscow will be held Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Fr. Luis Arroyave officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel.
Mr. Duran was born January 29, 1969 in Ucareo, Michoacan, Mexico to the late Antonia (Eurioles) and Jesus Duran, and died Friday, June 5, 2020 in Livingston. He had resided in Moscow for more than 25 years. Mr. Duran enjoyed raising farm animals, gardening, fishing, and collecting antiques. He was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include his wife Matilde (Castro) Duran of Moscow; daughter and son-in-law, Verenise and Roberto Gutierrez of Corrigan; sons and daughters-in-law, Cesar and Mayra Duran of Corrigan, Miguel and Mecie Duran of Moscow; seven grandchildren and three on the way; nine brothers and sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Pallbearers will be Cesar Duran, Miguel Duran, Roberto Gutierrez, Gustavo Castro, Jesus Duran, Armando Duran, Jose Duran, and Sergio Duran.
Honorary pallbearers will be Gerardo Duran and Miguel Castro.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
