Addie "Bobbie" Capps

Graveside services for Addie “Bobbie” Capps, 77, of Diboll will be held Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. in the Ryan Chapel Cemetery with Eric Barton officiating. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. at Carroway Funeral Home.

Mrs. Capps was born August 24, 1940 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Beatrice Flowers-Calhoun, and died Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Capps had resided in Angelina County all of her life and graduated from Diboll High School in 1959.

Survivors include her son, Richard Capps and wife Connie of Diboll; daughters, Sandi Burnette and husband Randy of Lufkin, Leslie Brown and husband Willie of Diboll; son, Jason Capps and wife Laura Beth of Huntington; daughter, Deborah Holcomb and husband Chris of Conroe; grandchildren, Corey Brown and wife Heather of Diboll, Nieccee Brown of Diboll, Sarah Burnette of Lufkin, William Capps and wife Darla of Illinois, Georgia Wesley and husband Terry of Huntington, Christina Lewis and husband Tyler of California, Jazmine Cannon and husband Caleb of Etoile, Jaycee Capps of Huntington; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie William Capps; mother, Beatrice Flowers-Calhoun; and sister, Vickie Teal.
