Graveside services for Adam V. Womack, 30, of Huntington will be held Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Brown Cemetery with Brother Marlow Shubert officiating.
Mr. Womack was born September 29, 1988 in Lufkin, Texas, and died Thursday, November 15, 2018 at his residence. He was a lifetime resident of Huntington and a 2007 graduate of Huntington High School. Mr. Womack worked for Maddux Building Material. He loved music and enjoyed deer hunting, but squirrel hunting was his favorite. He idolized his niece, Addison. Mr. Womack received Christ and was baptized at an early age at First Ora Missionary Baptist Church. He will be remembered for his “Possum Grin” smile.
Survivors include his son and daughter, Bo Dean and Macie Nicole, both of Huntington; parents, Edna (Cryer) and J.P. Womack, Jr. of Huntington; sisters and brothers-in-law, Cheryl Troutt of Sarasota, Florida, Paula and James Peavy of Crystal Beach, Betty Womack of Huntsville, Belinda and Danny Scott of Johnson City, Tennessee, Jessica and Adam Harvey of Huntington; grandparents, V.J. and Charlene Cryer of Saron; nephews, David Cryer, Colton Cryer and Jeff Cryer, all of Huntington; and a number of other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ruth and J.P. “Jake” Womack, Sr.
Pallbearers will be David Cryer, Colton Cryer, Peyton Carroll, Adam Harvey, Jared Bryan and Dillon Olds.
Honorary pallbearers will be Frank Womack and Andrew Harvey.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon Sunday at Carroway Funeral Home in Lufkin.
