Reba Andrews Lee

Funeral services for Reba Andrews Lee, 75, of Zavalla will be held Friday, May 5, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother William Lee, Brother Larry Innerarity, and Brother Steve Rye officiating. Interment will follow in the Naroway Cemetery.

Mrs. Lee was born August 19, 1941 in Port Neches, Texas to the late Ora Loraine (Harvey) and Oran Andrews, and died Monday, May 1, 2017 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Lee had resided in Angelina County for most of her life. She was a homemaker and enjoyed embroidering, singing gospel music, and attending Camp Meetings. She also enjoyed going on vacations. She was a member of the Sulphur Springs Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, William “Willie” O. Lee of Zavalla; sons, Jeff Lee and wife Deborah and Simon Lee and wife Rhonda, all of Zavalla; daughter, Alisa Tucker of Ratcliff; granddaughters, Elisabeth Fultz and husband Ben of Taccoa, Georgia, and Shelby Kay Lee of Zavalla; grandsons, Zach Pixley of Lufkin, Andrew Tucker and wife Maci of the United States Marines of Camp Pendleton, California; Jacob Tucker of the United States Marines of Bossier City, Louisiana, Garrett Lee and Gabriel Lee, both of Zavalla; seven great-grandchildren, Iris Pixley, Madison Pixley, Merida Pixley, Trey Divins, Jamie Divins, Raeli Divins, and Ray Garrick IV; sister, Kathryn Andrews Lovelady of Lufkin; brothers, James Andrews and wife Nancy of Lompoc, California, and Tommy Andrews and wife Sally of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Ray Garrick III; brother, Oran Elton Andrews, Sr.; sister, Era Laverne Cole; brother-in-law, Shorty Lovelady; and nephew, Wesley Eugene Andrews.

Pallbearers will be Richard Andrews, Douglas Andrews, Stephen Musick, Floyd Lovelady, Rodney Lovelady, and David Cole.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Barge, J.P. Hopkins, and Willard Anderson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Zavalla Food Bank, P.O. Box 344, Zavalla, Texas 75980.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
