James Arthur Mallory

Graveside services for James Arthur Mallory, 70, of Lufkin will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lindale City Cemetery with Brother Wayne Roberson officiating.

Mr. Mallory was born March 9, 1947 in Tyler, Texas, and died Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at his residence. Formerly of Lindale, he had resided in Lufkin since 2012. Mr. Mallory was a 1966 graduate of Lindale High School and co-owned Mallory and Wells Construction.

He is survived by his mother, Martha (Hamman) Fitzgerald.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Victor Mallory; stepfather, Walter Matthew Fitzgerald, Jr; grandparents, Victoria and James Arthur Mallory and Essie (Wells) and Cloet H. Hammon; and uncle, C.H. Hamman, Jr.
