Stephen "Dwayne" Kelley

Funeral services for Stephen “Dwayne” Kelley, 49, of Winona will be held Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother David Hunt officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.           Mr. Kelley was born June 5, 1967 in Lufkin, Texas, and died Sunday, March 12, 2017 in Athens. He had resided in Winona for 13 years and was employed with Air Liquide America Corp. in Longview for seven years. He was a Bulldog breeder and enjoyed music. Mr. Kelley attended the Pentecostal church.           Survivors include his wife, Rachael Kelley of Winona; daughter, Courtney Kelley of Hudson; son and daughter-in-law, Dillon and Charvey Kelley of Anchorage, Alaska; daughter, Amber Kelley of Lufkin; brother, Kevin Kelley of Houston; mother and stepfather, Nelda and Larry Cox of Lufkin; father and stepmother, Stephen and Tish Kelley of Douglass; grandchildren, Kannon Kotz of Zavalla, Rileigh Jackson of Beaumont, and Adelyn Kelley of Anchorage, Alaska; stepdaughters, Savannah Kelley and Zoey Bogle, both of Winona; mother-in-law, Virginia Howell of Winona; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.           He was preceded in death by his grandparents.           Honorary pallbearers will be Cliff Kelley, Jason Kelley, Patrick Kelley, Jason Bridges, Kelly Bridges, Ryan Gobert, Justin Wars, Greg Kelley, and Damon Fenley.           Memorial contributions may be made to Eastview United Pentecostal Church, P.O.
