Funeral services for Tanya Marie Sullivan, 52, of Lufkin will be held Monday, August 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Larry Poret officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home. Mrs. Sullivan was born August 14, 1963 in Saint Paul, Minnesota to the late Kenneth LaBelle and Alvina (Dammon) LaBelle Sommerfeld, and died Friday, July 29, 2016 in a Tyler hospital. Mrs. Sullivan lived in Lufkin off and on for over 20 years. She was a Deputy Clerk for the Angelina County Tax Office for four years. Mrs. Sullivan was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband, Gene Sullivan of Lufkin; children, Christy Anderson of Hugo, Minnesota, Stephanie Tullos and fiancé Brent Pitts, Dustin Otteson, and Paige Gilbert, all of Lufkin; stepson, Chad Sullivan of Deer Park; stepdaughters, Laura Russell and husband Jim of Tomball and Karen Sullivan and fiancé Nathan Hart of Spring; grandchildren, Jaden Kunshier, Landan Anderson and Gemma Holder; step-grandchildren, Mikayla Sullivan, James Russell and Joseph Russell; sisters, Debby Tate and husband Tim of Forest Lake, Minnesota, Pam Miller and husband Greg of Maplewood, Minnesota, Brenda Huth, and Sandie Klein and fiancé Steve Heinn, all of North Branch, Minnesota; brothers, Joe LaBelle and wife Jodi of Lake City, Florida and Tom LaBelle and wife Sara of Chisago City, Minnesota; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Wes Sommerfeld. The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Monday morning prior to the services.
