Harold E. Kelley

Funeral services for Harold E. Kelley, 67, of Diboll will be held Monday, February 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ricky Hernandez officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at the Narrow Way Cemetery.

Mr. Kelley was born August 21, 1948 in Angelina County, Texas to the late Arnol and Lois (Thomas) Kelley, and died Thursday, February 18, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Kelley was a lifelong resident of the Lufkin area. He served with the United States Army. He worked in the maintenance division of Lufkin Industries. Mr. Kelley enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He loved the outdoors.

Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Robbie Kelley of Etoile and David and Tracie Kelley of Huntington; daughter, Barbara Marze of Diboll; son and daughter-in-law, Harold E. “Chip” Kelley, Jr. and Jessica of Huntington; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Joe Kelley of Hudson; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Zhen Kelley of Houston; sister and brother-in-law, Linda (Kelley) and Billy Edwards of Hudson; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be Joey Kelley, Billy Edwards, Ryan Edwards, Hunter Kelley, Joey Thomas, and Timothy Hamilton.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home.
