Jean Musick

Funeral services for Jean Musick, 75, of Lufkin will be held Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Elton Musick and Robert Fenley officiating. Interment will follow in the Aldredge Cemetery. Mrs. Musick was born February 28, 1940 in Acol, Texas to the late Roscoe and Elma (Stem) Davis and died Monday, November 2, 2015 in Lufkin. Mrs. Musick had resided in Lufkin most of her life. She was a homemaker, who loved her family and church family. Survivors include her husband, Leland (Lee) Musick of Lufkin; daughters and sons-in-laws, Cheryl and Lee Shaw, Laura and Joe Jones, and Angela Musick all of Lufkin; sister, Marlene Davis of Rockwall; sister and brother-in-law, Paula and Tommy Largent of Hudson; brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Lynn Davis of Jacksonville, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Ben Parrish. Pallbearers will be James Jarman, Jr., Ben Jarman, Michael Jones, Craig Largent, Jeff Largent, and Brian Davis. The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Thursday morning at the funeral home.
