Dale Norman Kinsey

Graveside services for Dale Norman Kinsey, 82, of Lufkin will be held Monday, September 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Swift Cemetery in Nacogdoches County, Texas with James Vaughan officiating.

Mr. Kinsey was born September 25, 1932 in Overton,Texas to the late Angelyn (Parks) and Joe L. Kinsey and died Monday, September 7, 2015 in Lufkin.

Mr. Kinsey resided in Lufkin for two years. He was a former resident of Pasadena. He served his country as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Mr. Kinsey was a research chemist for Dow Chemical, OxyChem, and Riviana Foods, and was also an offshore Iso.14,000 Auditor for DNV GL. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife of two years, Betty L. Sims Kinsey of Lufkin; sons, Michael Kinsey of Houston and Richard Kinsey of College Station; grandson, Cody Kinsey of Houston.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Baker Kinsey.
