Donna Jean Farmer

Memorial services for Donna Jean Farmer, 66, of Lufkin will be held Friday, September 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Carroway Funeral Home with Brother Wayne Roberson officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Ms. Farmer was born January 11, 1949 in Houston, Texas to the late Milton and Inez Marie (Bynum) Farmer, and died Wednesday, August 12, 2015 in Lufkin.

Ms. Farmer had resided in Lufkin for 25 years. She served in the U.S. Army and was employed with the U.S. Forest Service. She loved her cats: Booger, who recently passed away, and Jolie, who sadly is currently missing. She fondly remembered Lady.

Survivors include her brothers and sister-in-law, Ronald and Cheryl Farmer of Bozeman, Montana, David Farmer of Houston and Roger Farmer of Pearland.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
