Arthur Lee Kilgore

Funeral services for Arthur Lee Kilgore, 55, of Diboll will be held Saturday, August 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Kenny Hibbs and Brother Steve Comstock officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.

Mr. Kilgore was born November 21, 1959 in Diboll, Texas to William Ray and Alice Norine (Davis) Kilgore, and died Tuesday, August 18, 2015 in Henderson.

Mr. Kilgore was a lifetime resident of Diboll. He was employed with Southland/Abitibi Paper Mill for 25 years and currently worked for H.L. Nelson Construction. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Kilgore was a devoted and loving husband, Daddy and Paw Paw. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Nelda Kilgore of Diboll; daughter and son-in-law, Gloria Loraine and Casey Dunlap of Diboll; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Aaron and Alissa Kilgore of Diboll; grandchildren, Garen Lee Dunlap, Cassidie Nicole Kilgore, Tristan Michael Kilgore and Nicolas Aaron Kilgore, all of Diboll; parents, Ray and Alice Kilgore of Diboll; sister and brother-in-law, Dianna and Ino Perez of Diboll; sister-in-law, Billie Kilgore of Diboll; parents-in-law, Rolston and Dixie McDuffie of Diboll; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Bobby Grandgeorge of Henderson and Carolyn and John Richard of Diboll; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Kilgore; and grandparents, Arthur and Winnie Davis and Henry and Roxie Kilgore.

Pallbearers will be Patrick Kilgore, Billy Grandgeorge, Robby Grandgeorge, Ronny Grandgeorge, Phillip Richard and Michael Davidson.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
