Funeral services for Heather Rachelle (Tillar) Pool, 30, of Lufkin will be held Sunday, July 26, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with JaRo Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Wallace Chapel Cemetery. Heather was born October 8, 1984 in Lufkin, Texas to Marklon Beck and James Tillar and died Tuesday, July 21, 2015 in Huntington. Heather resided in Huntington. She was a stay at home mom who loved spending time with her kids. Heather loved to read, sing karaoke and dance. She was also a member of the Redland Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Roger Pool of Lufkin; sons, Ethan Aubrey and Elijah Roland Pool both of Lufkin; mother and step-father, Marklon and JaRo Jones of Huntington; father, James O. Tillar of Lufkin; grandmother, Mary Tucker of Lufkin; grandfather, Steve “PawPaw” Tucker; brothers, Jeff Wise of Lufkin, James Ryan Tillar of Michigan and James Tillar of New York; sisters, Rhonda Tillar and Mary Wesley of Lufkin, Lila Tillar of New York, and Shaloh Johnson of Huntington; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sarah “Nanny” Beck and grandfather, C.W. Tillar. Pallbearers will be Jeff Wise, Daniel Rodrigues, Mark Beck, Richard “Booger” Tubbs, Jeremy Wood, and Tony Pool. Honorary pallbearers will be Ethan Pool, Elijah Pool, and William LaRoche. The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening at the funeral home.
