Joe Buck Walker

Funeral services for Joe Buck Walker, 29, a long time resident of Huntington who had been currently living in Vidor, will be held Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Huntington with Brother Carl Ray Walker and Brother Vic Bass officiating. Interment will follow in the Ben Walker Cemetery.

Joe Buck was born October 5, 1985 in Lufkin, Texas, and died Wednesday, July 1, 2015 in Orange County, Texas. He graduated from Vidor High School and had currently resided in Vidor for one year. Joe Buck was employed with Austin Industrial. He loved drawing, sketching, music, and working on cars. Joe Buck was a member of the Saron Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughters, Makayla Walker of Huntington and Cheyenne Walker of Nacogdoches; son, Colton Walker of Nacogdoches; father, Dennis Walker of Huntington; mother, Shana (Dillard) Walker of Vidor; sister and brother-in-law, Jessica and Daniel Delasandro of Huntington; sister, Jamie Walker of Huntington; brother, Ethan Walker of Vidor; nephews, Dan Delasandro and Jeremy Delasandro, both of Huntington; grandparents, Bro. Carl and Chloe Walker of Hudson, Linda McKay of Vidor, and George Dillard of Orange; aunts and uncles, Carla Smith, LaRae and Ory Sanford, Dana Walker, all of Hudson, and Cresta Dillard of Bridge City; and numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Justin Walker, Colin Gibson, Jordan Gibson, Ethan Walker, Daniel Delasandro and B.J. Murry.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening at the funeral home in Huntington.

Following the funeral service the family will gather at Lala Hill Baptist Church for food and fellowship.
