Cynthia Annette (Wood) Guin

Memorial services for Cynthia Annette (Wood) Guin, known to all as Cindy, 55, of Lufkin will be held Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Huntington First Assembly of God Church at U.S. Highway 69 and 6th Street in Huntington. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Cindy was born August 25, 1959 in San Diego, California, and died Sunday, May 17, 2015 in Lufkin. She loved the beach, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Being the daughter of a Navy father she lived in multiple locations growing up, but most of her youth was in Fort Worth, Texas. For most of the past 20 years she lived in the Lufkin area.

Survivors include her boyfriend, Terry Bray; children, Travis Roberts and wife Melinda, and Beth Fetzer and husband James; grandchildren, Angel Fetzer, Jeremy Fetzer, Faith Roberts, Mallorie Roberts, Hope Roberts, and Brooklyn Roberts; and sister, Marvitta Canada and husband Richard.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Allen Wood, Sr.; mother, Elizabeth Ann (Looney) Wood; grandchildren, Steven Roberts, Shane Roberts, Elizabeth Ann Free, James David Free, Travis Blake Roberts, and Hunter Roberts; sister, Linda C. Lilley; and brother, Charles A. Wood, Jr.
