Jerry Lee Musick

Graveside services for Jerry Lee Musick, 70, of Kennard will be held Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mount Vernon Cemetery in Ratcliff with Chaplain Alex Montilla officiating.

Mr. Musick was born March 15, 1944 in Port Arthur, Texas to Roy Delbert and Annie Lee (Chapman) Musick, and died Saturday, January 31, 2015 in a local hospice facility.

Mr. Musick had resided in Kennard for 40 years. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard and was a carpenter. He loved to fish and hunt. He was known as a joker and a kidder.

Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law, Chad Musick of Dayton and Gregory and Sylvia Musick of Brownsville; daughter, Rebecca Musick of Kennard; grandchildren, Sheila Davis, Carlee White, Brittany Musick, Morgan Musick, Cade Musick, Georg Ramirez, Sebastian Garcia, Rein Garcia, and Jayda Cy Davila; great-grandchildren, Khloe Davis and Ayden Musick; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Jim McGinnis of Kirbyville; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be Gregory Musick, Chris Lalonde, David Lalonde, Eric Lalonde, Georg Ramirez, and Jim McGinnis.
