David Quinn Rawls

Graveside memorial services for David Quinn Rawls, 57, of Lufkin will be held Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Old Union Cemetery.

Mr. Rawls was born October 29, 1957 in Lufkin, Texas to Clinon Rawls and Elizabeth (Cotton) Rawls, and died Sunday, December 14, 2014 at his residence. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and he loved music and working with leather. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife, Tina Rawls of Lufkin; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Mary Rawls of Lufkin; sister, Carol Rawls of Missouri; cousins, Jim Bagley of Lufkin and Cynthia Griswald of Nacogdoches; aunt, Ramona Bagley of Lufkin; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Johnny and Jackie Rawls.
