Michael Grant Nash

Memorial services for Michael Grant Nash, 35, of Lufkin will be held Monday, November 10, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Jeb Stringer officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home. Mr. Nash was born September 21, 1979 in Lufkin, Texas to Larry and Eddie Jean (Womack) Nash, and died Saturday, November 8, 2014 in Lufkin, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Mr. Nash was a lifetime resident of Lufkin. He was a welder, working for various pipeline companies. He loved NASCAR and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Mr. Nash was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. Survivors include his father, Larry Nash and family friend, Marilyn Nerren of Lufkin; brother, Keith Nash and wife Elisha of Austin; niece, Eden Jean Nash of Austin; nephew, Micah Aaron Nash of Austin; grandparents, Barbara and Fred Nash of Lufkin; aunt and uncle, Sue and Grady Lee of Marshall; uncles, Dale Nash of Lufkin, James Womack of Diboll and Edward Womack, Jr. of Livingston; and numerous cousins and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eddie Jean (Womack) Nash; and grandparents, Edward, Sr. and Laura Womack. The family will receive friends Monday evening following the services.
