Mass of Christian Burial for Helen Ann Glenn, 75, of Lufkin will be held Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Fr. Francis O’Dowd officiating. Interment will be held at 3:00 p.m. in the Pilgrim Cemetery in Elkhart. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday evening in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Glenn was born August 17, 1939 in Crockett, Texas to the late Emil and Agnes (Chromcak) Charanza, and died Monday, October 27, 2014 in a local hospital. She retired from the Lufkin State Supported Living Center and was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Judy Moorer and husband Dennis of Lufkin, Jo Ann Schoubrook of Kingwood and Barbara Glenn of Lufkin; sons, Loyd Glenn and wife Leighann of Central, David Glenn and John Glenn, both of Lufkin; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Carver of Huntington; brothers, Raymond Charanza of Lufkin, Joe Charanza of Huntington, Emil Charanza of Pollok and George Charanza of Lufkin; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Franklin Glenn, September 29, 2005.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Charanza, Jordan Young, Tony Charanza, John Carver, Michael Carver and Kenny Glenn.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
