Joe Richard Conway

Visitation for Joe Richard Conway, 55, of Lufkin, will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening, September 6, 2014 at Carroway Funeral Home. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Mr. Conway was born February 15, 1959 in Center, Texas and died Thursday, September 4, 2014 at his residence.

Mr. Conway worked for Southwest Color Printing, and had lived in Lufkin for the past 49 years. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and spending time with his friends. Mr. Conway was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, David and Sue Conway of Porter; sisters and brothers-in-law, Pat and Brian Aldredge of Hudson, Debra and Paul Hudgins of Nederland, and Donna and Glenn Hambrick of Carthage; close friend, Dr. James Griffin of Lufkin; nieces and nephews, Jennifer Grisham and husband, Jeff, Adam Hambrick, Jacob Turner, Taylor Turner, Chelsea Aldredge, and Courtney Aldredge; and great nephews, Noah and Nate Grisham.

Mr. Conway was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Conway and Dorothy (Stanley) Conway Foster.
