Veronica "Vikki" Ledford

Funeral services for Veronica “Vikki” Ledford, 40, of Lufkin, will be held Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Huntington with Dr. Darryl Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Fielder Memorial Cemetery.

Ms. Ledford was born January 22, 1974 in Corpus Christi, Texas, and died Tuesday, July 15, 2014 in a Lufkin hospice facility.
Ms. Ledford was a former resident of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, where she worked as a department manager for Pruett Foods. She was beloved mother, daughter and sister. Ms. Ledford was a member of Huntington First Baptist Church. Her hobbies included baking, jewelry making, candle making, gardening and crocheting.

Survivors include her children, Marcus Doyal and Nicole Doyal, both of Lufkin; her parents, Lattie and Wanda Ledford of Lufkin; sister and brother-in-law, Heather and Michael Hägg of Edgewood, New Mexico; grandmothers, Ruby Ledford of Erwin, Tennessee, and Betty Spurlock of Odem, Texas; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Marcus Doyal, Lattie Ledford, Rusty Stackhouse, Mike Hägg, Jesse Thompson, and Chandler Moree.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning at the funeral home.
