Kelly K. Mahone

Funeral services for Kelly K. Mahone, 46, of Huntington will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Lufkin with Pastor Dave Sarver officiating. Interment will follow in the Shofner Cemetery.       Mrs. Mahone was born June 21, 1968 in El Paso, Texas, and died Sunday, July 6, 2014 at her residence. She had resided in Huntington for 10 years and was a Pharmacy Tech at Walmart. Mrs. Mahone enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, making bead jewelry and reading. She was a member of the Brothers Keeper Church.       Survivors include her husband, Rick “Nub” Mahone of Huntington; parents, Bill and Beverly (Gaddy) Houston of Lufkin; sisters and brother-in-law, Tammi and Jeff McNickle of Gallatin, Missouri and Michelle and Thomas Burden of Missouri; nephews and niece, Christopher McNickle, Aaron McNickle, Patrick McNickle and Tess Burden, all of Missouri; and grandmother, Margie Houston of Hemphill.       She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Bill Houston.       Pallbearers will be Gary Adams, Scott Wilcox, Greg Crab, Mr. Woody, Mr. Unkie, Harry McCrea and David Clark.       In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Northeast Texas Chapter, 1021 ESE Loop 323, Suite 300C, Tyler, Texas 75701.       The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.       Memories and condolences may be added at www.carrowayfuneralhome.com.             Carroway Funeral Home, Lufkin, directors.
