Lula Faye Weber

Funeral services for Lula Faye Weber, 75, of Zavalla, will be held Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Huntington with Reverend Horace Fletcher officiating. Interment will follow in the Zavalla Cemetery.

Mrs. Weber was born February 8, 1939 in Lufkin, Texas to the late Olivia (Mott) and Johnny Bingham. She died Monday, May 12, 2014 in a Lufkin hospital.

Mrs. Weber was a retired medical assistant for Dr. Barnett, following 15 years of service. She had lived in Zavalla for the past 23 years and was a former longtime resident of Bridge City.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Belinda and Greg Crabb of Zavalla; granddaughter and husband, Cali and Robert Carlton of Zavalla; sister, Wanda Barron of Deweyville; nephew, Donald Ray Barron; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives; and her beloved dog, Bella.

Mrs. Weber was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo Charles Weber; son, Keith Hayes; and brother, Duncan Bingham.

Pallbearers will be Robert Carlton, Jace Hooks, Seth Roach, Greg Crabb, Woody Wood, and Uncky Crawford.

Honorary pallbearers are Jackie Glidewell, Hiram Mott, Donald Ray Barron, and Roy Mott.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lula Weber Memorial Fund at Huntington State Bank.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home in Huntington.
