Jeanne Bohannan

Memorial services for Jeanne Bohannan, 74, of Lufkin will be held Friday, April 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bong Hee Han officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bohannan was born March 4, 1940 in Seoul, South Korea to Sunbong (Kim) Lee, and died Wednesday, April 16, 2014 in a local hospital.

Mrs. Bohannan had resided in Lufkin for 25 years. She worked at Brookshire Brothers in the bakery for 18 years. She was a very friendly, sweet person. Mrs. Bohannan was a member of Lufkin’s First Baptist Church and especially loved her Senior Sunday school class. The family would like to thank Chris Browning, and extends thanks to everyone for all the prayers.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Clarence Bohannan of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Huichong and Sun Chae of Lufkin; and granddaughters, Serena Chae, Jasmine Chae and Jimini Chae, all of Lufkin.
