Deidra Cox Kitchens

Funeral services for Deidra Cox Kitchens, 54, of Lufkin will be held Monday, April 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Andrew G. Pittman officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.

Mrs. Kitchens was born November 29, 1959 in Lufkin, Texas to Gilmore and Marye (Hubbard) Cox, and died Thursday, April 10, 2014 in a local hospital. She was a lifetime resident of Lufkin and attended Lufkin First Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Kitchens of Pueblo West, Colorado; daughters and sons-in-law, Heather and Brandon Love of Pueblo West, Colorado, Melanie and Anthony Buster of Byers, Colorado, Casie and Garrett Nugent of Lufkin and Tara Williams of Pueblo West, Colorado; grandsons, Corbin Love of Pueblo West, Colorado, Matthew Kitchens of Lufkin, Sebastian Nugent of Houston, Clayton Love of Pueblo West, Colorado, Michael Buster of Byers, Colorado and Mayson Nugent of Lufkin; granddaughters, Camryn Love of Pueblo West, Colorado, Alyssa Kitchens of Lufkin, Kristen Buster of Byers, Colorado and Caylee Love of Pueblo West, Colorado; mother, Marye Cox of Lufkin; brother, Gilmore F. Cox of Lufkin; sister, Lori Leigh Knutson of Santa Fe, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gilmore Cox, February 17, 2014.
