Graveside services for Charles Wayne Lightfoot, 50, of Huntington will be held Monday, March 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sims (Rocky Hill) Cemetery with Brother Horace Fletcher officiating.

Mr. Lightfoot was born November 26, 1963 in Lufkin, Texas to Richard and Doris (McKnight) Lightfoot, and died Friday, February 28, 2014 in a local hospital. He was a lifetime resident of Huntington and was a supervisor at Pilgrim’s Pride for more than 20 years. Mr. Lightfoot was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his brother, Tommy Lightfoot of Huntington; special aunt and caretaker, Norma Toombs of Huntington; uncles, Ernest McKnight and wife Brenda of Pollok, Lamar Lightfoot and wife Rosie, and Leo Lightfoot and wife Ellen, all of Lufkin; niece, Misti Fink and husband Mike of Etoile; nephews, Brandon Lightfoot, Matthew Lightfoot and wife Cassey, all of Huntington; four great-nephews; three great-nieces; special girls, Nancy and Destiny; and a number of other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and an uncle.

Pallbearers will be Joe Toombs, Charles Toombs, Billy Cobb, Matthew Lightfoot, Joe Paul Rogers and Mike Fink.

Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Wise, Steve Estes, Stevie Wise, Keith Estes, Jerry Wise, Jason Ray, Michael Mitchell, Christopher Seale and Brandon Lightfoot.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening at Carroway Funeral Home in Lufkin.
