Rosalee Hawley Blake

Funeral services for Rosalee Hawley Blake, 69, of Huntington will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Broaddus Pentecostal Church with Pastor Mark Green officiating. Interment will follow in the Shofner Cemetery.

Mrs. Blake was born March 14, 1944 in Silsbee, Texas to Oscar Hooks and Fannie Louise (Rhoudes) Williams, and died Saturday, February 15, 2014 in San Augustine.

Mrs. Blake had resided in Huntington for 30 years. She worked at the Rayburn Country Store for 25 years and attended the Broaddus Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Debra Hawley Forrest and husband Mike of Huntington; sons, Michael Hawley and Keith Hawley, both of Huntington; grandchildren, Jennifer Gray Stokes and husband Trey, Dustin Hawley, Tasha Hawley Cheney, Shane Hawley, Amber Hawley, Kaela Forrest Pinner and husband Orrin, Cody Hawley and wife Jennifer, Kyle Hawley, Kaitlyn Hawley, Chandler Hawley, Nathan Hawley, Jr., Case Forrest, Trace Hawley and Kaylee Hawley; great-grandchildren, Jadyn Peters, Heather Peters, Haley Peters, Dylan Peters, Brylee Stokes, Rylee Cheney, Jordan Hale, Ayla Hawley, Slade Hawley, Brax Pinner, Addison Cheney and Bristol Pinner; mother, Louise Williams; sisters, Altie Ford and husband Johnny and Rebecca Adkins and husband Rick; brothers, Jack Hooks and wife Pam, David Williams and wife Susan, Billy Williams and wife Tammy, Carrel Williams, John Paul Williams and wife Debbie, Henry Williams and wife Suzanna and Oscar Hooks and wife Brandi; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her father, Oscar Hooks; husband, Jimmy Blake; son, Nathan Hawley, Sr.; granddaughter, Amy Gray; and the father of her children, Jessie Hawley.

Pallbearers will be Case Forrest, Nathan Hawley, Jr., Trace Hawley, Chandler Hawley, Dustin Hawley and Shane Hawley.

Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Hawley and Kyle Hawley.

The family extends special thanks to Heart to Heart Hospice for the care given to Mrs. Blake.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday evening at the Broaddus Pentecostal Church.
