Kendra Kristine (Tucker) Bentley

Funeral services for Kendra Kristine (Tucker) Bentley, 36, of Lufkin will be held Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Horace Fletcher officiating. Interment will follow in the Berry Cemetery.

Mrs. Bentley was born May 27, 1977 in Houston, Texas to Randy (Walger) and Joe Tucker, and died Monday, January 6, 2014 at her residence.

Mrs. Bentley had resided in Lufkin most of her life. She was currently employed at Mom’s Diner, and was also a Certified Nurse Assistant. She enjoyed reading, music, movies and the outdoors. Mrs. Bentley loved her children and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her sons, Mason Dillon Bentley of Lufkin and Thomas Glen Shelby; daughter, Raven Rania Getro of Lufkin; boyfriend, Jamie Getro of Lufkin; mother, Randy Prime of Nebraska; brothers, Phillip Love, Justin Love and Aaron Love, all of Nebraska; grandmother, Adrian Walger of San Augustine; aunt, Phyllis Coomer of Trinity; parents-in-law, Carole and Irvin Russell and Lynn and James Getro, all of Lufkin; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kevin Bentley.

Pallbearers will be Danny Elliott, Daniel Thomas, Mike Whinery, Junior Bentley, Gunner Savery and Peter Savery.

Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Edwards and Stephen Johnson.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
