Jannet Huffmon Glaze

Jannet Huffmon Glaze, 60, of Pollok died Sunday, December 22, 2013 in a local hospital. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Glaze was born October 27, 1953 in Uvalde, Texas to George Edward and Alma (Finch) Huffmon. She had worked at Central ISD and Hudson ISD and was a member of the Redtown Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Glaze loved to paint ceramics, sew, play 42, and do genealogy research.

Survivors include her husband, Wallace Lon Glaze, Jr. of Pollok, daughters, Felicia Glaze, Jessica Glaze, both of Pollok, Laura Parker and husband Chris of Nacogdoches and Christina Garlington and husband Scott of Pollok; grandchildren, Rae Parker of Nacogdoches and Tristen Bearringer of Pollok; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia Huffmon and Bobby Bowers of Leakey; brother, Milton Huffmon of Knippa; and numerous nieces nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and Joe Hipp; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Huffman.
