Funeral services for Dorothy Ann Foreman, 69, of Pollok will be held Sunday, December 8, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Ford Adkins officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.
Mrs. Foreman was born June 9, 1944 in Beaumont, Texas to Dorothy (Tedder) and John McIntyre II, and died Thursday, December 5, 2013 at her residence. A former resident of Beaumont, she had resided in Pollok for 27 years. Mrs. Foreman loved to read, and enjoyed cooking, quilting and gardening. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Van Foreman of Pollok; sons and daughter-in-law, Ray and Karen Foreman and Danny Foreman and family, all of White Bluff, Tennessee; daughters, Angel Foreman of Houston and Sebrina Foreman of Pollok; grandchildren, Joshua Denton, Eric Foreman, Kailie Beasley, Shelby Haskins and Averi Foreman; great-grandson, Tyson Denton; one nephew; and two nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, John McIntyre III.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon prior to the services.
