Valerie Jean Stringer

Memorial services for Valerie Jean Stringer, 53, of The Woodlands, formerly of Lufkin, will be held Monday, November 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Lufkin with Dee Bowman and Jeff Wilson officiating.

Mrs. Stringer was born January 6, 1960 in Nacogdoches, Texas and passed away at her residence in The Woodlands on Thursday, November 14, 2013.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Stringer of The Woodlands; her father and mother, Charles and Janell Watson of San Augustine; her brother and sister-in-law, Van and Karen Watson of Lufkin; her nephew, Zachary Watson of College Station; her niece, Bailey Watson of Austin; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Joyce Stringer of Lufkin.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Monday afternoon before the service begins.
