David Charles Glidewell

Graveside services for David Charles Glidewell, 63, of Zavalla will be held Monday, October 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Concord Cemetery with Reverend Horace Fletcher officiating.

Mr. Glidewell was born February 28, 1950 in Cisco, Texas to James Allen and Wanda (Kirkland) Glidewell, and died Friday, October 11, 2013 at his residence. He resided in Austin most of his life and was employed with Home Depot for 15 years. Mr. Glidewell enjoyed fishing and hiking. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy A. Glidewell of Sam Rayburn, Jackie and Pam Glidewell of Zavalla, Jerry and Kathleen Glidewell of Jacksonville and Andy and Judi Glidewell of Zavalla; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
