Mary Alice Bell Conner

Funeral services for Mary Alice Bell Conner, 71, of Diboll will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Faith Family Church with Reverend Vic Bass officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Springs Cemetery in Corrigan.

Mrs. Conner was born November 9, 1941 in Camden, Texas to the late Mary Bernice (Jordan) and Lester Lee Bell. She died Sunday, October 6, 2013 at her residence in Diboll.

Mrs. Conner was a homemaker and a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of Faith Family Church. Mrs. Conner was a retired foster parent.

Survivors include her daughter, Mary Jane Stewart and husband Tim Stewart; grandchildren, Martin Stewart II, Travis Stewart, and Brittany Stewart; and great-grandchildren, Brianna Conner Harrison, Martin Stewart III, Travis Stewart, Jr., and Natalie Stewart.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Travis Myrth Conner, Jr.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday morning at the church prior to the services.
