Bobbie Jo Brasfield Stewart

Graveside services for Bobbie Jo Brasfield Stewart, 72, of Huntington, will be held Monday, September 9, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in the Jonesville Cemetery with Pastor Frank Young officiating.

Mrs. Stewart was born February 3, 1941 in Quinton, Alabama to the late Flora Belle (Fuller) and Joe Wheeler Brasfield. She died Saturday, September 7, 2013, at The Joseph House.

Mrs. Stewart had resided in Lufkin area for several years, and was a former resident of Silsbee. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Dwayne Stewart and Becky Click of Huntington, Jay and Linda Stewart of Diboll; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Lenard Bettis, Jr. of Winnie; grandchildren, Tommy Williamson, Lenard Bettis III., Carson Stewart, Adam Stewart, Faith Martinez, Cody Hall, Clay Hall, and Jenny Thomason; five great grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Peggy and Jimmy Knowles of Pinson, Alabama, Linda and Don Coupland of Helena, Alabama, Sonya and Tom Nix of Hoover, Alabama, and Debbie and Randy Syx of Birmingham, Alabama; brother and sister-in-law, Craig and Becky Brasfield of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Stewart; sister, Ann Peterson; and grandson, Daniel Stewart.

Pallbearers will be Carson Stewart, Cody Hall, Adam Stewart, Clay Hall, Scott Storment and Ben Martinez.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the Carroway Funeral Home in Huntington.
