Scott Douglas Pillows

Funeral services for Scott Douglas Pillows, 41, of Hudson will be held Friday, August 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bryan Lipscomb officiating. Interment will follow in the Bennett Cemetery in Trinity County.

Mr. Pillows was born January 1, 1972 in Lufkin, Texas, and died Monday, August 12, 2013 in a local hospital. He was a lifetime resident of Hudson. Mr. Pillows was a member of Providence Baptist Church.

Survivors include his fiancée, Tiffany Sims of Hudson; parents, James N. and Flossie (Forrest) Pillows of Hudson; sister, Stacy Pillows of Hudson; nephew, Anthony Flores of Hudson; and stepsons, Hunter Roberts of Hudson and Matt Roberts of Lufkin.

Pallbearers will be Frankie Thompson, James “Jim” Wildowsky, William “Dinky” Duke, Bruce Clifton, Matthew Clifton and Cecil Baker.

Honorary pallbearers will be Allen Lehr and Marvin Best.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
