Randal Allen Harvey

Funeral services for Randal Allen Harvey, 50, of Houston will be held Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 12:00 noon at the Oak Forest Baptist Church, 1700 W 43rd Street, Houston, with Dr. Richard Walters officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home, Lufkin.

Mr. Harvey was born October 10, 1962 in Houston, Texas to Lee Roy and Mildred Geneva (Courtney) Harvey, and died Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at his residence.

Mr. Harvey was a lifetime resident of Houston. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was employed with Axon Pressure Products. Mr. Harvey was an avid Houston Texans fan. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors, all of Houston, include his wife, Debbie Harvey; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Rachel Reid; granddaughter, Allison Joy Reid; father, Lee Roy Harvey; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Madlynn Harvey; sister, Rhonda Harvey; nieces, Amber DeSouge and husband Matt and Kayla Harvey; and numerous other relatives and friends, and all the wayward children’s lives he touched.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Harvey.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon prior to the services.
