Eula Bee Jones

Funeral services for Eula Bee Jones, 75, of Lufkin, will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Lufkin with Reverend Aaron Fenley officiating. Interment will follow in Davis Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Jones died Wednesday, March 6, 2013 in a Lufkin hospital. She was born to the late Warren and Rhoda Barnes on February 15, 1938 in Luxora, Arkansas. She was the tenth child of twelve children. She confessed her life in Christ as the age of eleven at Zion Rock M.B. Church in Hermondale, Missouri. She was a graduate of Washington High School in Caruthersville, Missouri

She leaves to cherish her memory, six children, Ray Anthony (Lorene) Barnes of Madison, Alabama, Jerome Barnes, Reginald (Lyquandlyn) Jones, Jeanette (Kenneth) Pool, Jacquelyn Jones, all of Lufkin, and Geoffrey Jones of San Antonio.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Rose, Parnell Johnson, David Jones, Ray Barnes, Jr., Robert Williams and Kenneth Pool, Jr.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home in Lufkin.
