Funeral services for Willie B. Lee, 82, of Zavalla, will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel in Huntington. Interment will follow at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday in the Sunset Memorial Park in Nacogdoches.

Mr. Lee was born September 30, 1930 in Nacogdoches, Texas to the late Carrie (Birdwell) and Luther Lee. He died Saturday, February 9, 2013 in a Lufkin hospital.

Mr. Lee was a retired maintenance supervisor for Cameron Iron Works, following 30 years of service. He was a United States Navy veteran. He loved his trucks, his boats and going fishing. His friendliness and outgoing nature will be missed by all that knew him. Mr. Lee was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church and had resided in Zavalla for the past 21 years.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Nell Lee of Zavalla; daughter, Kathy Lee of Houston; stepdaughter and husband, Sharon and Richard Gibbons of Austin; step-granddaughter and husband, Michelle and Robert Busby of Austin; step-great granddaughter, Phoenix Busby of Austin; brother-in-law, Harold Wirth of San Angelo; special friend, Kelli Moses; as well as a host of friends and neighbors.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Roger Lee; and sister, Kathleen Wirth.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 10900-B Stonelake Blvd., Suite 320, Austin, Texas 78759; or to the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation, 725 Jackson St., Suite 216, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home in Huntington.
