Graveside services for Vera Mae Greenville, 85, of Lufkin will be held Sunday, February 10, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mt. Hope Cemetery with Brother Horace Fletcher officiating.
Mrs. Greenville was born February 5, 1927 in Wells, Texas to Lee and Ada (Lofton) McKnight, and died Monday, February 4, 2013 in Wells, Texas.
Mrs. Greenville owned and operated The Roost Restaurant. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved to get her hair done. Mrs. Greenville was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her granddaughter, Teresa Jones of Huntington; grandson, Ronnie Flowers and wife Heather of Lufkin; great-grandchildren, Amber Dover and husband Zack of Hemphill, Bryan Flowers and Amber Monroe of Hudson, Chastity Randall of Lufkin, Lauren Flowers, Kelsie Jones, Tiffany Jones, all of Huntington, Devin Randall of Lufkin, Alexis Wagoner, Cole Wagoner, both of Hudson, William Voekes of Pflugerville and Cutler Flowers of Lufkin; great-great-grandchildren, Colby and Chloe Dominy, Kaytlyn, Lillie and Kaydence Mason, Schuyler, Blaze and Torey Rector; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, R.H. Greenville; daughter, Pamela Flowers; son, Freddy Greenville; granddaughter, Judy Flowers; and her brothers and sisters.
Pallbearers will be Charles Whitworth, Lee Self, Jock Dominey, J.J. Steptoe, Kole Wagoner, Devin Randall and Zachary Dover.
The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sunday at Carroway Funeral Home.
